888starz aviator Terms and Conditions

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on 888starz aviator, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must not reside in any region or country where online betting and gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must register using your real identity — using false or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

2.2 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to our support team immediately. 888starz aviator accepts no liability for access to an account by a third party.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on 888starz aviator can be made using popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Users must deposit from a mobile banking account registered in their own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are also available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawals are normally directed through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if there are active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning a bonus of ৳1,500 requires wagering of ৳37,500.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements — read the specific terms carefully before accepting any offer.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the contribution of bonus funds may differ by game.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Placing risk-free bets strategically to earn bonuses (arbitrage or hedging) is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 888starz aviator reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.1 Bet Validity and Settlement

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical issue arises during result settlement, 888starz aviator will settle the bet based on official results or recognised data sources. The administration reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Match fixing, manipulation of information, or gaining an advantage through any dishonest means is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games is prohibited.
• Allowing others to use your account, or operating one account on behalf of multiple individuals, is prohibited.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors on the platform is strictly prohibited.

6.1 VIP Levels

The 888starz aviator VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users can advance from one level to the next through regular betting and gaming activity. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level.

6.2 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is a set percentage of the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳140 (৳20,000 × 0.7%). There are no additional wagering requirements to use cashback once it is credited to the balance.

7.1 Liability for Service Disruptions

888starz aviator is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from service interruptions caused by server issues, loss of internet connection, failure of a third-party payment provider, or any other technical reason. However, every effort will be made to fairly settle affected bets in such situations.

7.2 Accuracy of Information

While every effort is made to keep odds, game information, and promotional details accurate, 888starz aviator reserves the right to correct any unintentional errors in published information. Claims arising from obvious typographical or technical errors are not accepted.

8.1 Account Closure by Administration

888starz aviator may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• A material provision of these Terms has been violated.
• Fraud, identity theft, or money laundering is suspected.
• Multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person.
• Evidence is found that the user is a minor.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent betting activity is found.

11.1 Initial Complaints Process

If you have a complaint about a transaction, bet settlement, or bonus, first contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Support is available in both Bengali and English. When submitting a complaint, provide your account details, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant information.

12.1 Severability of Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. A waiver of one provision shall not be taken as a waiver of any other provision.

12.2 Language Precedence

These Terms are written in Bengali. Where a translated version exists in another language, the original Bengali version will take precedence in the event of any interpretive dispute.
